Brainlabs is the media agency built to answer one question: what's actually driving profit?Founded in **** by Daniel Gilbert, we were built by engineers before we were a media agency.Today, 1,000+ Brainlabbers across five continents use our proprietary agents, built on 32 media tools and over 2,500 logged experiments, to help brands connect every channel they plan and buy to one thing: the bottom line.Classification: Full timeTeam: SEO PracticeReporting to: Associate Director, SEOLocation: ArgentinaWhat's the roleAs Manager, SEO Data, you'll sit at the intersection of SEO strategy and data infrastructure.You'll build the dashboards, governance frameworks, and data flows that turn organic performance into clear business decisions.You'll work with client stakeholders, internal SEO teams, and our technology practice to define what gets measured, how it gets measured, and what it means.You'll also apply our test-and-learn approach to data strategy, spotting opportunities to automate and scale reporting across the practice.What would you doBuild and maintain KPI dashboards in Looker Studio and seoClarity across enterprise, point-of-contact, and impact tracking levelsDefine data governance practices across client accounts, including non-brand definitions, data hygiene rules, and reporting methodologyDevelop a New AI Search KPI framework that captures brand demand signals, zero-search-volume terms, and competitive AI trackingManage client-side stakeholder relationships with line-of-business managers, translating business goals into measurable data requirementsLead training sessions for internal SEO teams on analytics platforms including Adobe Analytics, GA4, Google Search Console, and Looker StudioBuild forecasting models that connect SEO deliverables to estimated business impactIdentify and evaluate new tools and platforms that address AI Search changes and create reporting efficienciesSupport the development of ML and AI solutions on GCP to enable advanced data query capabilities for the practiceWho you areStrong SEO knowledge, with hands-on experience across tools like seoClarity, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and Google Search ConsoleConfident working with analytics and visualization platforms: GA4, Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio, and GCPAble to build reporting infrastructure from scratch, connecting APIs and managing data flows from source to visualizationExperience with data governance: standardizing definitions, documenting processes, and maintaining consistency across multiple client accountsAble to turn complex data into clear, actionable narratives for both technical and executive audiencesOrganized, proactive, and comfortable managing priorities across multiple client accountsStrong communicator who can lead training sessions and stakeholder syncs with confidenceFluent in English (as you'd be supporting US-based clients!)How you succeedYou will live our culture code every day!KPI dashboards live, maintained, and adopted by client stakeholders within 90 daysData governance documentation complete and consistently applied across all assigned accountsInternal targets on technology adoption and process optimization metClient satisfaction targets met, internal and externalTraining sessions delivered with a feedback score of 8/10 or aboveActive involvement in mentoring less experienced SEO colleaguesHybrid salary scheme (50% paid in USD).20 working days vacation plus all Argentina public holidays.Adaptive/hybrid working, with 3 days in our amazing Palermo Office (right opposite the Hippodrome!)Free breakfast and lunch in the office.Quarterly training sessions on wider business skills (pitching, strategy, client servicing)Mobility programmes
