Senior Technical Product Manager (La Rioja)

We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to join one of our ongoing squads. This role focuses on building scalable and efficient data products that support analytical workflows and enterprise data delivery across our client's analytics ecosystem. As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full data product lifecycle—from ideation to delivery—working closely with data engineers, analysts, QA, business stakeholders, and other product teams to ensure high‐quality data solutions. Skills and Competencies Hands‐on experience with SQL; comfortable querying and analyzing large datasets across relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB, MongoDB) databases. Strong track record of working with data engineers and navigating complex data infrastructure to deliver scalable, high‐quality solutions. Experience in agile methodologies and led sprint planning, stand‐ups, and retrospectives. Effective communication skills bridging technical and non‐technical stakeholders, fostering alignment across product, engineering, QA, and business teams. Results‐oriented: use metrics and client feedback to prioritize work, evaluate impact, and drive continuous improvement. Experience in the finance industry and understanding of data quality, timeliness, and regulatory alignment. Proactive team member who promotes automation, scalability, and operational efficiency. Basic understanding of AI concepts, curiosity to learn how AI tools can improve processes and drive efficiency, and willingness to develop responsible AI practices. Responsibilities Lead the delivery of data products, working with cross‐functional teams including data engineering, QA, technology, and business strategy. Translate business needs into data requirements with focus on data workflows, scalability, and performance. Own the data product backlog, prioritizing features, technical tasks, and improvements based on business value, effort, and dependencies. Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure accurate understanding of data structure, source systems, and integration logic. Actively manage sprint planning, stand‐ups, and retrospectives in an agile development environment. Ensure that data quality, documentation, lineage, and governance standards are upheld. Identify opportunities to automate data workflows and reduce failure points across the data lifecycle. Communicate product status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
