Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in La Rioja for an Information Technology Supervisor. The IT Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the IT department, including managing and mentoring the technology team. Key responsibilities include providing technical support, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining hardware and software systems, and implementing IT solutions. Additionally, the IT Supervisor will ensure the smooth operation of the organization's technical infrastructure, ensuring compliance with internal protocols and security requirements. Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Information Technology practices and solutions
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to address and resolve IT issues swiftly
- Proven experience in Team Leadership and Team Management, with the ability to oversee and guide technical staff effectively
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of implementing and maintaining network security and IT systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
