Acronis is seeking a skilled Network Engineer to support and develop our integral data center network infrastructure. This role is critical to ensuring high availability, performance, and security across business‐critical cloud environments, primarily based on Juniper and Arista networking platforms. The appropriate candidate is proactive, detail‐oriented, and ready to work in an AI‐augmented, automation‐first engineering culture.WHAT YOU'LL DOMonitor and troubleshoot network issues across Acronis data centersTriage events, elevate incidents, and ensure timely resolutionSupport other engineering teams with network‐related issuesAnalyze and maintain configurations on Juniper and Arista network devicesPlan and execute production network maintenance following Change Management processesImprove network performance through proactive optimizationDevelop automation using Python, Ansible, or SaltStackMaintain accurate documentation, diagrams, and operational knowledgeManage infrastructure inventory and equipment tracking using DCIM toolsUse AI tools (VS Code + Copilot, Windsurf) daily for faster troubleshooting, config validation, and documentationWHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR5+ years of experience in Network Operations or Data Center environmentsHands‐on expertise with Juniper (EX/QFX, SRX, MX/PTX) or Arista platformsStrong knowledge of routing and switching protocols: BGP, OSPF, IS‐IS, MPLS, EVPN, VXLANAbility to design and manage complex ACLs and firewall policiesLinux networking and security skills are a plusExperience with scripting, automation frameworks, and version control (Git)Strong English communication skills; multilingual is a plusCertifications are highly desirable: Juniper JNCA, JNCP, CCNA, CCNP or similar; Arista ACE Level 3+WHO WE AREA Swiss company founded in Singapore, Acronis offers over twenty years of innovation with 15 offices worldwide and more than 50,000 employees in 50+ countries.
