About the CompanyOur client is a company in the fashion business, focusing on providing exceptional products and services within this dynamic industry.What You'll DoThe Senior Bookkeeper position is dedicated to the cleanup of existing financial records and the management of multiple projects. The role begins as part-time with potential to transition to temporary full-time.Your Core ResponsibilitiesManage comprehensive cleanup and organization of existing bookkeeping records.Process and categorize backdated information for multiple projects and properties.Manage inventory controls for the fashion business.Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.Track and manage daily and weekly business and personal expenses.Reconcile bank statements and ensure accounts are balanced.Prepare and maintain financial reports and statements for the external accountant.Manage invoices, payments, and vendor records.Assist with documentation for tax filings and audits.Core QualificationsApproximately five years of experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.Ability to work independently without initial training.Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Clear English communication skills (C1, C2, or Native level). Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.Experience in bookkeeping within the retail, fashion, or apparel industry.Experience managing accounting for multiple properties or commingled funds.Self-starter with proven expertise.Availability9 AM
