We support enterprise clients through structured onboarding and education to ensure they use our platform effectively. We are seeking a professional communicator who can guide clients through onboarding and product training in a clear and structured manner. Adecuado for: Customer success professionals Trainers with technical curiosity L&D; professionals entering SaaS What You'll Do Lead onboarding sessions and walkthroughs Help clients understand how to use the product Support users as they learn workflows Requirements 2+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, or customer-facing product roles Experience working directly with clients to help them adopt a tool, platform, or system Strong ability to simplify complex workflows and explain them clearly Comfortable guiding clients through structured sessions and discussions English level: C1 or C2 (required) Strong organizational and communication skills in a remote environment Bonus SaaS / CRM / tech tools exposure Customer success experience Ability to learn and explain software quicklyExperience in Customer Education, Enablement, or Implementation Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus Handled high-value or demanding customers This Role is NOT a Fit For Customer support roles focused only on ticket handling Call center or BPO roles without product ownership HR onboarding focused on internal employees Administrative roles without client interaction Sales-only roles without post-sale onboarding experience Benefits 100% Remote, location independent Compensation: $1,800
