Telesales (100% Remote, English and Spanish Language …, La Plata

**POSITION OVERVIEW**

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Telesales to join our team. This role is adecuado for someone with strong communication skills, experience in sales, and proficiency in both English and Spanish. The Sales Representative will collaborate closely with the prospect team to contribute to various initiatives focused on promoting our services and generating new leads.

**WORKING HOURS**

This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week, as follows:

- Monday to Friday: 9:30AM to 5:00PM (Chicago Time) and,
- Saturday: 9:30AM to 3:00PM (Chicago Time)
- Zoom meetings required during working hours.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective tenants and provide detailed information about available apartments.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 years in a sales field, preferably with a background in property management, preferably in real estate, property management, airbnb, hospitality, etc.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in both English and Spanish
- Having experience with working remotely as a plus
- Proactive and eager to learn
