Role The Senior Marketing Automation Specialist will help us handle our increasing workload. The ideal candidate has an interest in email production and wants to gain experience across several top‑tier marketing platforms and develop a CRM career. The role involves working on a wide variety of projects with differing code structures, coding in HTML and CSS, implementing dynamic logic, QA/testing in marketing platforms, and working directly with clients to implement programs and handle edge cases.

Responsibilities
- Produce email templates and push notifications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for a wide variety of clients.
- Collaborate with email developers and customer success managers to resolve potential issues in email deployments.
- Participate in email stand‑ups to prioritize workload and ensure timely completion of all tasks.
- Work closely with the client team to field requests, answer questions, and collaborate on work‑in‑progress tasks.
- Ensure that emails comply with clients' standards, email marketing best practices, and CAN‑Spam laws.
- Test email messages to ensure proper formats and templates are utilized using tools such as Litmus and Email on Acid.

Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of email production and development experience.
- Mastery of HTML and CSS specific to email.
- Proficiency with JSON.
- Knowledge of APIs and proficiency in making GET and POST calls.
- Understanding how a data feed works.
