About Us ******** Canada Inc. runs two business divisions: Cost Hero Sourcing, a B2B sourcing and supply chain company that helps general clients manage vendors and logistics; and Always With Us, a direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand that sells memorial products. Together, we combine supply chain know-how with DTC brand building and marketing. The Position The ideal Marketing Coordinator is creative, action-oriented, and brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic. They are internally motivated, take ownership, adapt quickly, and follow through on tasks from start to finish. They're comfortable using marketing tools, analytics platforms, and AI tools, and have a good eye for design and how visuals affect a brand. This is a hybrid role across marketing, design, and coordination. You'll support campaigns, events, and day-to-day initiatives that grow our brand online and engage our community. You'll execute marketing strategies, manage content workflows, and create on-brand materials. Key Responsibilities Client Onboarding & Project Setup: Manage new client onboarding end-to-end—setting up projects, gathering requirements, organizing assets, and making sure all documents and workflows are ready to go. Social Media Management: Plan, create, and manage content across platforms, keep the content calendar up to date, engage with online communities, and support visibility through newsletters, blog posts, and social content. Event Planning & Coordination: Help with event logistics—preparing materials, managing booths and presentations, handling promotional items, and following up after events to keep momentum going. Marketing & Design Support: Create on-brand visuals and marketing materials, help update the website and presentations, and keep the brand consistent across all channels and communications. Operational Coordination & Internal Communication: Keep internal operations running smoothly by organizing meetings, tracking tasks and approvals, maintaining documentation, and supporting team tools and processes. Sales & Lead Nurturing: Help build sales presentations, manage lead pipelines, and support outreach and relationship-building efforts to drive business growth. Qualifications Experience in marketing, operations, project management, or cross-functional coordination. Skilled in social media strategy, content creation, and multi-channel marketing. Experience with client onboarding, sourcing coordination, or project setup. Comfortable using project management tools (Trello or similar) and CRM platforms. Strong creative eye with the ability to identify what needs to be created, edited, or refined — and translate that vision into clear, actionable briefs for our design team; able to project manage design requests from concept to delivery, ensuring brand consistency and on-time execution; hands-on proficiency in Canva or similar tools is a plus. Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities independently and stay driven without close supervision. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with good attention to detail. Quick learner who can pick up new tools and platforms fast. Strong research and problem-solving skills — able to independently gather information, evaluate options, and bring solutions rather than just problems. Comfortable and proficient with LinkedIn, including posting strategy, community engagement, and leveraging LinkedIn as a key marketing channel for B2B outreach and thought leadership.
