**Responsibilities**:

- Manage Calls: Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner.

- Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive records of all conversations in our call center database.

**Technical & Physical Requirements**:

- High-Speed Internet: Must have a stable internet connection with a minimum of 20 MB upload and download speeds.
- Modern Equipment: Possess a modern laptop/desktop with a working headset and mic (minimum I-5 generation 10 processor and 8GB RAM).
- Quiet Workspace: Ensure a quiet and distraction-free work environment.
- Backup Systems: Have power and internet backup to ensure uninterrupted service.
