**How You’ll Make an Impact**:

- Lead the FSM Services Contract in the role of Project Manager.
- Own the FSM team.
- Supervise and ensure compliance with key performance indicator's.
- Address customer needs within SE.
- Be a business partner.
- Seek to improve processes through automation and digitization.

**What You Bring**:

- Engineering professional (preferably Mechanical, Aeronautical, Electronic, or Industrial).
- Ideally with more than 10 years of experience in the field of Power Generation, with knowledge of Thermal Cycles.
- Knowledge of Project Management (PMI, IPMA, Certifications).
- Validated knowledge of SE SGT5-4000F, SST5-5000 & T3000 technology.
- Attitude dedicated to achieving goals, with attention to detail and a knack for solving problems, able to meet or even surpass goals.
- Excellent communication skills in English.

Our **Gas Services** division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
