With an expanding portfolio and multiple companies under our CEO's leadership, this is an exciting time to join our team.Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly operational, systems-oriented leader to build and scale a best-in-class recruiting and onboarding infrastructure across our platform.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement standardized recruiting and onboarding processesBuild scalable workflows, playbooks, and SOPs to ensure efficiency and consistencyManage the end-to-end candidate journey and improve candidate experienceOptimize ATS and HR systems, including integrations with key platformsDevelop and track recruiting KPIs, dashboards, and performance metricsUse data, automation, and AI to improve processes and decision-makingPartner with cross-functional teams to align priorities and drive executionSupport implementation, change management, and adoption of new tools and processesWhat Success Looks LikeA fully standardized, scalable recruiting and onboarding infrastructure across the platform.A seamless and efficient candidate and hiring manager experience.Strong adoption and optimization of ATS and HR systems.Clear visibility into recruiting performance through data and analytics.Effective use of AI and automation to improve speed, quality, and efficiency.Qualifications8–12+ years of experience in recruiting operations, HR operations, or talent systems roles.Strong experience with ATS platforms (preferred Workable) and HRIS systems (preferred Prism).
Proven experience designing and implementing scalable recruiting and onboarding processes; you will be expected to design the onboarding process and manage all related technical set‐up.Experience managing or implementing system integrations and workflows across platforms.Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards, reporting, and performance metrics.Experience working in multi‐entity, multi‐location, or high‐growth environments.Ability to train and mentor recruiters, ensuring consistent performance, best practices adoption, and continuous skill development across the team.BenefitsHealth InsurancePay Rate: $20/hour.
