About This RoleThe Content Marketing Strategist will own the planning, development, and execution of our content strategy that drives awareness and engagement with our brand. This role blends creativity with strategy: promoting our events, elevating our editorial voice, and showcasing our sponsors and partners in compelling ways. The right candidate for this role is equal parts storyteller, digital strategist, and data‑driven marketer. The role is based on a 40‑hour work week and salary is $* USD per month based on experience. Responsibilities
- Create and implement overarching content and strategies aligned with business goals to promote our content
- Help synthesize and distribute our extensive editorial content for the purpose of growing brand awareness
- Manage content calendars to ensure a consistent schedule of high‑quality content across all social media platforms and maintain a unified brand voice and messaging
- Analyze content performance and metrics to refine strategy
- Develop and execute data‑driven social media strategies, manage online communities, and stay updated on social media trends

Requirements
- Strong command of English language (written and verbal)
- Must own a working laptop of a recent model and have full access to Wi‑Fi of sufficient speed
- Candidates should have a strong academic background and a minimum of 3 years of full‑time, professional post‑graduation experience
- Proven experience in content strategy and content marketing
- Creativity in developing engaging content ideas and campaigns and experience using various social platforms to grow brand awareness
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
