As a Senior Salesforce Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Salesforce implementation projects with a wide variety of clients. If you possess a deep mastery of the Salesforce ecosystem and a passion for mentoring teams and building lasting executive partnerships, we invite you to bring your unique perspective to our delivery team.ResponsibilitiesManage complex Salesforce implementation projects across the full lifecycleCoordinate with internal project teams and clients on an ongoing basis to ensure project health and delivery excellenceActively manage stakeholders' expectations, resource alignment, and possible conflicting priorities across projectsEnsure adherence to Plative's delivery structure and project management methodology during implementation of the solutionCommunicate reports regarding project status, risk management and escalation of issuesCoordinate project teams to ensure that client business requirements are effectively incorporated into design specifications, multi-platform integrations and data transfersPrepare for and lead discovery meetings and workshops with clients to discover pain points and business objectivesBe client advocate to resolve and manage escalations to ensure client partnership enduresBasic Qualifications5-10 years hands-on project management experience within a consulting environment3+ years hands-on technical experience implementing SalesforceExperience running large scale, enterprise-level projects ($1M+)Experience in working with C Level executivesStrong English fluencyStrong relationship management skills, including working in a fast paced environment and interacting with senior managementStrong skills in financial and budget management and IT governance processesProven experience using enterprise Project Management tools such as Daptiv, Microsoft Project, Smart Sheets, or equivalentProven experience using agile work management tools such as JiraDesired QualificationsIn-depth technical knowledge of the Salesforce platformDelivered numerous complex Salesforce projectsSeveral Salesforce certificationsAbout RYZ LabsRYZ Labs is a startup studio built in **** by two lifelong entrepreneurs.
