This role is focused on designing marketing-driven web experiences that are visually strong, user-friendly, and optimized for conversion.You'll work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to bring ideas to life, balancing creativity with performance and speed in a fast-paced, startup environment where ownership is key.We're looking for someone who can execute quickly while also bringing strong creative thinking and design perspective to the table.Seniority Level: Mid-levelResponsibilitiesDesign modern, responsive web pages and components using FigmaTranslate business goals, campaign briefs, and user insights into effective web experiencesCollaborate with marketing, product, and engineering to execute and iterate on designsCreate high-fidelity mockups and ensure smooth developer handoffContinuously improve designs based on performance data, user behavior, and testing insightsMaintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across web propertiesContribute to landing pages, product pages, and ongoing website optimization effortsBring creative ideas and design perspective to projects — contributing to both concept and executionBalance speed and quality, delivering high-impact work in a fast-moving environmentQualifications3–5+ years of experience in web design (preferably in B2C, DTC, eCommerce, or performance-driven environments)Strong portfolio showcasing web design work (landing pages, product pages, marketing sites)Advanced proficiency in Figma (auto layout, components, design systems)Strong understanding of conversion-focused design principles (CRO, UX fundamentals, hierarchy, clarity)Experience working in a startup or fast-scaling environment, with the ability to move quickly, operate with ambiguity, and take ownership end-to-endAbility to execute quickly without sacrificing creativity or design qualityStrong design instincts and visual taste — able to elevate the work, not just follow directionComfortable operating in a high-velocity environment with rapid iteration and continuous feedbackStrong communication and collaboration skillsUI/UX knowledge is a plusWhat's in it for you?
