Upstart AEC is hiring a full-time, fully remote AI-native Growth Operator to help scale distribution, pipeline generation, experimentation, and GTM leverage across the business. This is not a traditional marketing manager role. We are looking for someone highly resourceful, commercially sharp, AI-obsessed, and capable of moving extremely fast with minimal handholding.The idóneo candidate has startup or founder-level energy, operates with high ownership, and thinks in systems, automation, leverage, and speed. This person should be comfortable working in ambiguity, testing rapidly, and prioritizing execution over perfectionism.
