SvitlaSystems Inc. is looking for aSeniorSalesforceAdministratorwith a strong background in Salesforce CPQ and project managementtooptimizeand enhance the Salesforce environmentfor a full-time position (40 hoursper week) in Argentina.Our client is a workforce management and payroll solutions provider that enables organizations to hire, manage, and pay employees worldwide.
You will support a robust Salesforce ecosystem, oversee complex projects, and collaborate across departments to drive Salesforce adoption, system efficiency, and CPQ functionality forthesalesand revenue teams.
The project's involvement is up to 6 months.
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with proven success in an extensive user environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Salesforce Administrator and CPQ Specialist Certifications required (Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder a plus).
Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, including configuration, pricing, and quoting best practices.
Demonstrated experience in project management, ideally with Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent).
Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning, automation tools (Flow, Process Builder), and reporting.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data quality and process improvement.
Exceptional communication skills, with a track record of training end users and creating documentation.
Nice to have
Experience with third-party integrations and AppExchange tools for CPQ and data enrichment.
Familiarity with additional Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Revenue).
Prior experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.
