This role sits within the Creative team as part of the Marketing organization, reporting directly to the Creative Director and partnering closely with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager to bring campaigns and automated journeys to life.
You'll own the design, assist with the build, and help test campaigns ensuring everything we send is both on-brand, loading correctly across devices and high-performing.Responsibilities:Campaign & Lifecycle DesignDesign emails across campaigns and lifecycle journeys (welcome, onboarding, retention, winback, upsell)Translate briefs into visually compelling, conversion-aware designsMaintain consistency across email while evolving the brand's visual system in-channelBuild & TestingBuild emails directly in platforms like Customer.io, Klaviyo, or similarWork within templates and modules, making updates as neededTest emails across devices and inboxes to ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and functionalityAssist in pre-send checks to ensure campaigns go out clean and on timeCross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager on campaign and journey executionCollaborate with copywriters, growth, and brand teams to ensure alignment across messaging and visualsCommunicate clearly and proactively in a Slack-first, remote environmentProvide updates and updates within the Clickup workspaceSystems & OptimizationHelp maintain and evolve email templates, modules, and design systemsSupport iteration by updating designs based on performance insightsContribute to improving workflows for speed, organization, and consistencyRequirements:3–6+ years of experience in graphic design with a focus on email marketingExperience working with DTC or ecommerce brands preferredHands-on experience building emails in platforms like Customer.io, Klaviyo, or similarStrong visual design skills with a sharp eye for layout, typography, and hierarchyWorking knowledge of HTML/CSS for emailExperience with email testing across devices and inboxesAbility to balance brand aesthetic with performance-driven designToolsFigma, Adobe Creative SuiteEmail platforms (Customer.io, Klaviyo, Braze, etc.)Comfortable working in Slack and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp)What's in it for you?
