We are not looking to just be part of the industry, but to revolutionize it.The RoleAs a VIP Account Manager, you will be the commercial and relationship owner for a portfolio of our highest-value players. This is a proactive, revenue-focused role where success is measured by retention, engagement, and lifetime value growth. This role requires a high level of trust, autonomy, and professionalism, including the opportunity to represent the business in face-to-face interactions with VIP players. You will build trusted, long-term relationships with VIP players, identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and deliver personalized experiences that drive loyalty, satisfaction, and sustainable revenue.What You Will Be DoingOwn and proactively manage a portfolio of high-value VIP players, acting as their dedicated point of contactBuild deep, long-term relationships by understanding each VIP's preferences, behaviours, motivations, and expectationsMaintain regular, proactive phone-based and digital communication, complemented by in-person engagement where strategically appropriateTravel to meet VIP players to strengthen relationships, improve retention, and unlock long-term commercial valueMonitor player activity and performance metrics to identify churn risk, revenue opportunities, and engagement trendsPlan and execute upsell and cross-sell strategies through personalized offers, promotions, and experiencesDeliver tailored, high-touch VIP experiences that go beyond standard customer serviceRe-engage declining or inactive VIPs using targeted retention strategiesCollaborate closely with internal teams (CRM, Promotions, Product, Payments, Customer Support) to ensure seamless VIP account managementGather structured VIP feedback and act as the voice of the player internally to help evolve and improve the VIP programWhat We Are Looking ForFluent English with excellent phone-based communication skills (Spanish is a strong plus)Mandatory iGaming experience, ideally within online Casino and/or Sportsbook environmentsProven experience as a VIP Account Manager, VIP Host, or similar high-touch, revenue-driven roleStrong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunitiesDemonstrated success in building and maintaining long-term, high-value customer relationshipsComfortable working with player data, KPIs, and performance targetsStrong customer empathy combined with confidence to influence and drive commercial outcomesU.S. sports knowledge is considered a strong advantageAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing a portfolio independentlyWillingness and flexibility to travel to meet VIP players in person as part of relationship managementWhy You Will Love ItDirect ownership of high-value VIP relationships and their commercial performanceAutonomy to design personalized strategies that meaningfully impact player experience and revenueOpportunity to represent the business in high-trust, relationship-led VIP environmentsCollaboration with a general, ambitious, and innovative teamThe chance to help shape and grow a VIP program within a fast-evolving social gaming businessEqual OpportunitiesWe hire based on skills, drive, and ideas
