Overview Apply Digital is a integral AI‐native transformation partner that connects strategy, technology, and data to deliver client‐centric services for ambitious organizations such as Arc'teryx, Lululemon, and Kraft Heinz. Location Hybrid/remote‐friendly. Preferred to be based in Latin America, preferably in hours aligned with PT or ET. Santiago, Chile candidates can work from the Santiago office; others will be fully remote. Role Marketing Designer (mid‐level) reporting to the Marketing Design Lead in North America. Primary focus on projects originating from the European team, with additional contributions to North American and Latin American initiatives. What You'll Do Design on‐brand assets for websites, social media, pitch decks, internal presentations, event materials, and print collateral. Collaborate with strategists, motion designers, copywriters, and engineers to translate strategic ideas into well‐crafted designs with clear visual narratives. Support the Apply Digital website experience, including UI design and visual quality assurance. Follow and improve the existing atomic design system and brand guidelines. Build and maintain reusable templates and a library of design assets that ensure brand consistency across the region. Handle one‐off design requests such as one‐pagers, credentials documents, and event kits. Integrate AI tools (image generation, layout assistance, content formatting) to accelerate output while maintaining quality. Who You Are Fluent in English and Spanish, written and verbal. Passionate about design, typography, layout, and visual communication with a strong eye for detail. Manages time effectively, handles multiple projects, and follows processes. Owns work, asks questions, and delivers high‐quality output. Understands brand guidelines and applies them consistently across formats. Balances craft and speed, shipping when appropriate. Provides and receives feedback with openness and curiosity. Loves learning, sharing knowledge, and growing as a designer. Excited about AI in creative work and actively seeks integration opportunities. Qualifications and Skills 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience with a portfolio showcasing strong visual craft across digital and presentation formats. Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop). Strong knowledge of Google Slides, and familiarity with Google Docs and Sheets. Solid grasp of design principles: layout, typography, hierarchy, color, and visual communication. Experience with brand guidelines and consistent application across outputs. Familiarity with web and UI design concepts; willingness to learn headless CMS content authoring (e.g., Storyblok) is a plus. Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast‐paced environment with tight deadlines. Awareness of WCAG accessibility guidelines and interest in inclusive design. Hands‐on experience with AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or Claude. Nice to Have Experience in digital services, technology, or consulting environments. Exposure to atomic design systems and design tokens. Photo retouching, print design, UX, or motion animation experience. Familiarity with AI‐assisted presentation tools such as Gamma or Beautiful.ai.
