OverviewWe are looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist with strong technical capabilities and client-facing experience to join a growing SaaS company in the healthcare space. This role requires a professional who can manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously, configure technical environments, troubleshoot integrations, and ensure successful client implementations. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end client onboarding processes
- Configure and troubleshoot client setups within a SaaS platform
- Support technical integrations, including API testing and data validation
- Work with SQL databases to analyze and validate data
- Identify and resolve configuration and integration issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of client configurations and workflows
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards when applicable

Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in customer support, onboarding support, implementation, or a SaaS client-facing role
- Proven experience in technical onboarding
- Strong SQL knowledge (querying and troubleshooting)
- Experience with API testing tools
- Experience working in cloud environments
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding timelines simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Advanced English communication skills (C1/C2 required)
- Based in LATAM

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with EHR systems or healthcare platforms
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and PHI handling
- Experience with SFTP, S3, or secure file transfer tools
- Basic knowledge of HTML
- Experience with tools such as Linear, ClickUp, Jira, or Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Healthcare Administration, or related field
