Job Summary We are hiring a Senior Account Executive to drive full-cycle B2B sales for fast-growing international companies. This is a high-performance role suited for experienced closers who thrive in outbound environments, manage complex sales cycles, and consistently exceed revenue targets.

As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll take ownership of qualified leads, run discovery calls, present tailored solutions, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals. This role is idóneo for professionals with strong SaaS, tech, or B2B sales backgrounds who are confident engaging C-level executives and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close in a B2B environment
- Conduct high-level discovery calls to uncover client pain points and business needs
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored sales presentations
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting and lead follow-up
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals efficiently
- Collaborate closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Marketing, and Customer Success teams
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive)
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Develop long-term client relationships and identify upsell or expansion opportunities

Requirements
- 4+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, tech, or high-ticket services
