SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR (General Rodríguez)

SvitlaSystems Inc. is looking for aSeniorSalesforceAdministratorwith a strong background in Salesforce CPQ and project managementtooptimizeand enhance the Salesforce environmentfor a full-time position (40 hoursper week) in Argentina.Our client is a workforce management and payroll solutions provider that enables organizations to hire, manage, and pay employees worldwide. You will support a robust Salesforce ecosystem, oversee complex projects, and collaborate across departments to drive Salesforce adoption, system efficiency, and CPQ functionality forthesalesand revenue teams. The project's involvement is up to 6 months. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with proven success in an extensive user environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Salesforce Administrator and CPQ Specialist Certifications required (Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder a plus).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, including configuration, pricing, and quoting best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, ideally with Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent).
- Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning, automation tools (Flow, Process Builder), and reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data quality and process improvement.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a track record of training end users and creating documentation. Nice to have
- Experience with third-party integrations and AppExchange tools for CPQ and data enrichment.
- Familiarity with additional Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Revenue).
- Prior experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization. Responsibilities
