Senior Business Architect (General Rodríguez)

We are seeking a Business Architect with mid-level experience to help define and connect business capabilities, processes, and data needs to enterprise strategic goals. This role supports the alignment of business priorities with the data and analytics capabilities required to drive informed decision-making and measurable business value. The adecuado candidate will work across departments including Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Marine, Finance, and Guest Experience to map business capabilities, value streams, end-to-end processes, and data dependencies. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, data architects, and ETL teams to translate operational needs into clear business requirements, conceptual models, and analytics priorities. The Business Architect will also contribute to process standardization, cross-functional alignment, and the broader enterprise analytics roadmap. Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of business architecture frameworks that align strategic objectives with operational and analytics capabilities.
- Map value streams, business capabilities, end-to-end processes, data dependencies, and integration points across key functional areas.
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand goals, priorities, and pain points, and translate them into structured business requirements.
- Collaborate with Data Architects, ETL teams, analysts, and business teams to connect business capabilities with technical and data requirements.
- Help define conceptual business models, process flows, and capability maps that support enterprise analytics and reporting initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and data consistency across departments.
- Contribute to the development of the enterprise analytics roadmap by identifying capability gaps, dependencies, and business priorities.
