Key Responsibilities This role is the guardian of the company’s largest expense: its people. You will manage a high-volume, dual-stream payroll environment that requires both surgical precision in calculation and a “detective” mindset for financial controls.

1. In-house Payroll Management
- Own the full payroll cycle (pre-closing to payment) for local employees.
- Calculate gross-to-net salaries, social charges, and tax liabilities (BPS, IRPF, IRNR).
- Validate external payroll data and ensure 100% accuracy before processing.
- Prepare journal entries and ensure alignment with Accounting and Treasury.

2. Remote & International Compensation
- Manage end-to-end payroll for remote teams, including reimbursements and fee calculations.
- Oversee multi-method payments (bank transfers and digital wallets) for global disbursements.
- Perform final payroll audits and communicate status company-wide.
- Automate and streamline processes using salary macros and reporting tools.
