WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Work closely with other Resource Management team members, ensuring healthy utilization across the organization by balancing skill sets, workload, team dynamics, and financial health.
- Serve as a confidant and collaborate with Operations to enhance systems and processes in support of business and people.
- Help optimize resourcing by identifying and evaluating capacity constraints and opportunities within the organization (bandwidth and burnout), making data‑driven recommendations for resource allocations, near‑shoring, and utilization optimization.
