The adecuada candidate combines creativity with analytical thinking to deliver seamless and impactful user experiences.Tudip is an equal opportunity employer.Roles & ResponsibilitiesDesign intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile applications.Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes.Conduct user research and basic usability testing to validate design decisions.Translate business and technical requirements into user-friendly design solutions.Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.Ensure consistency in design systems and adherence to brand guidelines.Apply user-centered design principles and industry best practices.Iterate designs based on user feedback and data insights.Required Skills & QualificationsProficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles and usability standards.Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.Basic knowledge of usability testing methodologies.Strong creative, analytical, and problem‐solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a cross‐functional team environment.Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or related field.
