About the Opportunity We are looking for a senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud functional analyst to join our team. In this role, you will act as a strategic and functional reference, bridging the gap between complex business needs and powerful marketing automation solutions. Responsibilities
- Act as the ultimate functional reference for Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects, guiding both internal teams and clients.
- Lead discovery sessions, gather business requirements, and translate complex business needs into functional solutions, user stories, and technical alignment.
- Create high-quality functional documentation, process workflows, business rules, and mapping specifications.
- Support the design and definition of sophisticated customer journeys, advanced segmentations, automation flows, and communication strategies.
- Partner closely with technical teams (developers and architects) to ensure flawless implementation alignment.
- Actively participate in sprint refinements, prioritization sessions, and delivery tracking.
- Validate delivered solutions, supporting functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Proactively identify risks, process gaps, and opportunities for optimization within the platform.
- Conduct alignment meetings, workshops, and presentations for clients and key business stakeholders.
- Support governance strategies and advocate for platform best practices across teams.

Required Qualifications
- Proven track record working extensively with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or in a similar advisory role.
- Deep functional knowledge of Marketing Cloud studios and builders (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Postúlate en Kit Empleo: kitempleo.com.ar/empleo/q8hz1
