We are hiring a Shopify Plus Developer who can own deliverables end to end, communicate fluently with clients and teams, and perform under real agency pressure. This is not an entry‑level role. It is not for developers who need hand‑holding, disappear after applying, or overstate their experience on a resume.

Top Requirement — AI‑Assisted Development
- Active, daily use of AI coding tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or equivalent)
- Able to demonstrate how AI tools accelerate your Shopify workflow — theme scaffolding, code review, debugging, and documentation
- Uses AI to raise output quality and delivery speed — not as a crutch for gaps in fundamentals
- Keeps up with the evolving AI tooling landscape and adopts new tools proactively

Our Hiring Process Is Thorough — By Design We verify every candidate before extending any offer. This includes:

- Build and customize Shopify Plus 2.0 themes from scratch — not just edit existing ones
- Translate Figma designs into pixel‑perfect, high‑performing storefronts
- Explain your technical decisions clearly to clients and project managers in plain English
- Manage code via GitHub in a multi‑developer agency environment
- Work US time zones (EST‑PST) with fast, consistent communication across Slack, Gmail, and ClickUp
