Systems and Service Platform Administrator / Administrador de Sistemas y Plataforma de Servicio About the Role / Sobre el Rol The Systems and Service Platform Administrator is responsible for ensuring the availability, stability, and security of Powerfleet’s technological platforms that support our business operations and customer services. This role oversees the performance and reliability of systems, servers, and applications, providing hands‑on technical support and ensuring that internal teams have the tools and resources needed to operate effectively. This position plays a key role in maintaining a secure, efficient, and modern IT infrastructure that supports Powerfleet’s mission to deliver innovative, connected solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities / Responsabilidades Fundamental Platform and Service Management (EN)
- Monitor and manage system services and connectivity (Zabbix), including PBX systems, IPSEC tunnels, and related infrastructure.
- Maintain and update servers (Provision1, Web1, Web2) supporting the Connect platform.
- Perform maintenance and optimization of network servers (email, internet, file, and database) and their applications.
- Implement security and contingency measures such as antivirus, firewalls, and backups.
- Coordinate hardware procurement and upgrades for servers and workstations as required.
- Administer and maintain business applications including NAV, the internal ticketing system, and Office 365.

Gestión de Plataforma y Servicio (ES)
- Supervisar y gestionar los servicios del sistema y la conectividad (Zabbix), incluidos los sistemas PBX, túneles IPSEC y la infraestructura relacionada.
- Mantener y actualizar los servidores (Provision1, Web1, Web2) que respaldan la plataforma Connect.
