A day in the life: Own the execution, performance, and growth of Amazon & Retail PPC advertising campaigns within the book of business, tying efforts to greater business goals. Work hand-in-hand with account leadership to ideate, evolve strategy, and provide forward-thinking insights. Responsibilities: Manage Amazon & retail search campaigns across clients of various business types, sizes, and industries, including daily optimizations and high-level strategy changes. Provide intelligent analysis, interpretation, and action plans based on campaign performance data from Amazon Ad Console & other retail media platforms, tying into overall retail business performance. Participate in weekly department scrums and training sessions to further channel knowledge. Continuously seek to improve campaign performance & business impact against client goals. Maintain frequent and excellent communication both on internal agency teams and externally with assigned clients. Participate in the development process for new department training materials. Utilize available AI and delegation resources to assist in workflow wherever possible. Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes. Leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to the department. Role Requirements: 2-3 years of digital marketing experience; 1-2 years in an agency setting preferred. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon / Retail search advertising, Google paid search advertising, or similar. Significant campaign management experience with Amazon Ad Console, Walmart Connect, Instacart Ads, Criteo Retail, or CitrusAd. Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and project-management skills. Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed. Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly and independently. Interested in a long-lasting relationship with a growing company. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Hit revenue per team member success metric: $25k+. Hit EBITDA per team member success metric: $5k+. Maintain below 10% client churn rate.
