Senior Sap Fs-Cd Business Analyst (General Rodríguez)

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to shape SAP FS-CD solutions that strengthen financial operations and improve reporting accuracy. You will partner with finance and technology teams to define requirements, guide delivery, and ensure regulatory alignment across transformations like acquisitions, integrations, and migrations—apply now. Responsibilities Elicit, analyze, document, validate, and obtain approval for complex finance requirements, emphasizing SAP FS-CD Collections and Disbursements processes Serve as the main bridge between business stakeholders and SAP development, configuration, and QA teams to enable accurate solution delivery Define, build, and run end-to-end UAT strategies, improving test coverage while coordinating closely with business users Maintain strong functional expertise in SAP FS-CD, including payments, broker reports, account maintenance, installment plans, dunning, autoclearing, and system integrations Own requirements management and support SAP solution delivery across large-scale transformation initiatives Facilitate cross-functional requirements workshops to align diverse stakeholder groups and drive agreement Convert complex business demands into effective SAP solutions that fit process and compliance needs Support additional initiatives and duties as assigned to achieve business and project goals Requirements Hands-on experience with 3+ years implementing SAP financial applications, including the Collection and Disbursement Module (CD) and its sub-components Industry experience of 2+ years within insurance or financial services environments Business Analyst background with strong requirements elicitation and documentation capabilities Conceptual understanding of SAP configuration and how it supports business processes Strong business acumen with the ability to convert complex needs into practical SAP solutions Demonstrated success facilitating cross-functional requirements workshops and building consensus across stakeholder groups Ability to juggle multiple priorities in fast-moving environments while consistently meeting deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance Nice to have Strong practical experience with SAP FS-CD Experience with SAP FI/GL (with ability to be trained into FS-CD) We offer International projects with top brands Work with integral teams of highly skilled, diverse peers Employee financial programs Paid time off and sick leave Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ courses Global career opportunities Volunteer and community involvement opportunities EPAM Employee Groups Award-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn #J-*****-Ljbffr Postúlate en Kit Empleo: kitempleo.com.ar/empleo/pnwa1
