Senior Network Engineer (General Rodríguez)

About Your New Role Your role as a Senior Managed Services Engineer involves designing, implementing, and managing enterprise network and SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) solutions using industry-leading technologies. You'll work extensively with SASE platforms, SD‑WAN solutions, and unified communications systems to deliver exceptional managed services to our clients. As a senior team member, you'll mentor and assist other managed services engineers, lead complex network transformation projects, and serve as a technical escalation point for our dedicated POD support teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead SD‑WAN design and architecture for enterprise clients, creating scalable and resilient network solutions
- Design, implement, and manage SASE solutions using Cato Networks, Fortinet, Versa Networks, and Cisco Meraki platforms
- Deploy and manage Cato SASE Cloud Platform for secure general networking and Zero Trust Network Access
- Configure and optimize Fortinet Secure SD‑WAN and SASE solutions including FortiGate firewalls and FortiSASE
- Implement Versa SASE Platform combining SD‑WAN, security, and cloud access capabilities
- Deploy and manage Cisco Meraki cloud‑managed SASE solutions including MX security appliances with integrated SD‑WAN
- Design secure remote access solutions using SASE architecture for distributed workforces
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to managed services engineers, sharing best practices and expertise
- Integrate UCaaS solutions including MetaSwitch platforms with enterprise networks
- Implement Zero Trust security models across SASE deployments
- Develop and maintain network automation scripts and procedures
- Provide advanced engineering support and serve as technical escalation point
- Create detailed technical documentation, runbooks, and training materials
- Collaborate with Command|POD teams to ensure 100% uptime SLA compliance
