Oracle FCC Architect (General Rodríguez)

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Oracle FCC Architect to lead the design and delivery of financial consolidation and close solutions using Oracle EPM Cloud. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, scalable, and efficient close processes for enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and design of Oracle FCC solutions
- Define and optimize:
- Consolidation processes
- Intercompany eliminations
- Ownership structures (NCI, equity pickup)
- Oversee close cycle processes, ensuring stability and timeliness
- Manage data loads, mappings, and integrations
- Ensure best practices in:
- Metadata management
- Security design
- Data validation and reconciliation
- Support and troubleshoot complex close issues
- Act as client-facing SME and technical lead

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Oracle FCC
- Strong understanding of:
- Intercompany accounting
- Foreign currency translation
- Financial statements and close processes
- Experience with:
- Oracle FCCS
- Smart View
- Data Management
- Close tasks, journals, and forms

Preferred Qualifications
- Consulting or managed services experience
- Exposure to multiple FCC implementations
- Oracle FCC certification

Soft Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure during close cycles
- Clear communication with finance and technical teams
- Availability during month‑end and quarter‑end close
- Flexibility for extended hours during critical periods
