Micronetbd helps general brands deliver impactful solutions on Salesforce and Specright for packaging and supply chain teams. We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with strong backend and full-stack development experience who can design, build, and scale robust solutions for our customers. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable Salesforce applications, integrate backend systems, and contribute to innovative digital solutions. What you will do Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning (LWC/Aura) Build and maintain backend services and APIs to support integrations Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions Develop and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs Support data migration, transformation, and performance optimization Perform testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure quality Contribute to technical documentation and solution architecture Assist with basic Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations and integrations What you bring 3–4 years of Salesforce development experience Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) Basic knowledge on backend development (Node.js, Java, or similar) Understanding of full-stack development principles Experience working with APIs and integrations Basic knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, or APIs) Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (or higher) Experience with complex integrations and data architecture Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Experience working in Agile environments Knowledge of Specright or supply chain domain is a plus Soft Skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Highly organized and detail-oriented Fast learner with a proactive attitude Team player with strong collaboration skills The desire to dive head first into new technology and provide recommendations of other technologies to help solve customer business challenges Able to manage multiple projects at once #J-*****-Ljbffr Postúlate en Kit Empleo: kitempleo.com.ar/empleo/pfzm9
