Responsibilities:
- Own the digital product roadmap across key site areas (PDP, cart, checkout, collections)
- Define and track success metrics, identifying opportunities to improve conversion and performance
- Manage the A/B testing program end-to-end (hypothesis, test design, analysis, and insights)
- Build and prioritize an experimentation backlog using frameworks like RICE
- Leverage data (Amplitude, GA4) and qualitative insights (customer feedback, research) to drive decisions
- Lead product discovery for new features and integrations from ideation to delivery
- Write clear product specs and collaborate closely with design and engineering teams
- Run sprint ceremonies and maintain a well-prioritized backlog (Jira, Linear, Notion, etc.)
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, CX, and Operations to align on growth initiatives
- Establish QA processes and ensure smooth site launches, updates, and integrations
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and post-mortems for continuous improvement
- Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to accelerate research and experimentation workflows Requirements
- 4–6 years of product management experience at an ecommerce, DTC, or consumer tech company
- Familiarity with Shopify and the DTC tech stack (Klaviyo, loyalty platforms, third-party app integrations)
- Demonstrated ability to own and ship product end-to-end, from discovery to post-launch measurement
- Strong experimentation instincts: comfortable designing tests, reading results, and making calls under uncertainty
- Proficiency with product analytics tools (Amplitude, GA4, or equivalent), able to self-serve data and build hypotheses independently
- Experience managing complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Clear, direct written and verbal communication, equally comfortable in a Figma file, a Slack thread, or a leadership readout Nice to Have:
- Experience with price testing or personalization platforms
- Exposure to UX research methods, usability testing, customer interviews, heuristic review
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS or ability to read front-end code (not required to write it)
- Experience evaluating or deploying AI-native ecommerce features (semantic search, dynamic merchandising, LLM-powered chat/support)
- Familiarity with prompt engineering or building lightweight AI-powered workflows Postúlate en Kit Empleo: kitempleo.com.ar/empleo/q7zqs
