About Us At Félix, we're building the financial ecosystem for Latin immigrants in the U.S., starting with a revolution in remittances. Our core product is an AI-powered chatbot built on WhatsApp, allowing our users to send money home as easily as sending a text message. We leverage cutting‑edge technology like AI, blockchain, and stablecoins to make cross‑border payments faster, more affordable, and more accessible than ever before. We are a hyper‑growth Series B company, backed by over $100 million in funding from top‑tier global investors including QED, Castle Island, Switch Ventures, HTwenty, Monashees, and General Catalyst Customer Value Fund. Félix was selected as an “Endeavour Entrepreneur” and received the CrossTech Fintech Startups Award. We are a group of extremely talented and dedicated high performers united by a single goal: empowering our customers. We are all owners of Félix, driven by a bias for action and a true experimentation spirit to get things done with urgency and focus. Joining Félix means you will be part of a team building a legacy that will outlive us all. This is a rare opportunity to apply your skills to a deeply meaningful mission—serving a community that has been underserved for too long. We are fiercely loyal, practicing radical transparency and constructive feedback, and we are bold, caring less about the norm to create sustainable value and a product that truly improves our users’ lives. We are building the future, today. About The Role As a Senior Product Manager, Pricing, you will be the strategic owner of Felix’s general economic engine. This high‑visibility leadership role defines how we monetize our product while maintaining a competitive edge in a hyper‑sensitive market. You will architect a dynamic, scalable pricing infrastructure balancing aggressive growth with sustainable unit economics. You will bridge Finance, Growth, and Engineering, leading through data, setting the standard for elasticity research and competitive intelligence. This role requires a rare blend of heavy quantitative modeling and deep product intuition to keep pricing a source of trust, not friction, for our users. Responsibilities
- Define and lead the long‑term pricing strategy, owning trade‑offs between volume, revenue, and market share across all corridors and payment rails.
- Standardize and lead the experimentation framework for pricing, running complex multi‑variate tests, sensitivity analyses, and user psychology studies to locate the optimal value.
- Partner directly with Finance to ensure pricing decisions align with profitability targets and long‑term LTV goals.
- Collaborate with Engineering to transition from manual adjustments to an automated or ML‑driven pricing engine that reacts to market shifts in real‑time.
- Champion the user, ensuring that as the financial backend grows in complexity, the front‑end pricing remains the simplest and most transparent in the industry. Requirements
- 4–6 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on pricing, monetization, or core fintech operations at a high‑growth scale‑up.
- A proven track record of moving company‑level needles.
- Expert knowledge of the cross‑border payment landscape, FX mechanics, and the unique behavioral nuances of Latin American users.
- Exceptional ability to distill complex economic trade‑offs into clear strategic recommendations.
- Strong background in engineering, mathematics, economics, or a related quantitative field; an MBA from a top‑tier school is a plus but results and depth of thinking matter.
- Native or professional fluency in Spanish and English.
- Equivalent competencies will also be considered. What We Offer
- Competitive salary
- Initial stock options grant
- Annual performance bonus
- Health, dental, and vision plans
- Remote work environment; offices in Miami and Mexico City with a hybrid model option
- Continuous learning opportunities
- Unlimited PTO
- Paid parental leave
