We're hiring a Marketing Associate to support day-to-day execution across Avant

Stay's brand, social, and distribution channels.

You'll sit at the intersection of creative storytelling and performance: helping our homes reach the right guests on the right platforms, keeping our brand voice consistent across every touchpoint, and using AI to move faster than a traditional marketing team ever could.

This is a generalist role built for someone who wants broad exposure across a modern hospitality marketing stack and thrives in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.

What you'll do

- Support social media strategy and execution across Instagram, Tik

Tok, and emerging platforms.

Responsibilities will include content calendars, captions, community management, and performance reporting

- Help maintain brand consistency across owned channels, partner co-marketing, listing pages, and paid campaigns, ensuring every guest touchpoint reflects Avant

Stay's premium positioning

- Assist with channel distribution marketing across Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and direct booking: optimizing listings, merchandising featured homes, and coordinating promotional placements

- Use AI tools to accelerate copywriting, ideation, image generation, research, and reporting workflows

- Coordinate with design, content, and performance marketing teammates on campaign launches tied to seasonal travel moments, new destination launches, and collections

- Pull and synthesize performance data from social, email, and distribution partners into clear weekly and monthly recaps
