Your Mission: The "Gold Mine" Strategy
- High-Volume Recovery: You’ll be responsible for closing abandoned checkouts from a steady daily flow of high-intent leads.
- Database Reactivation: Dive into our extensive historical database history to win back past customers and upgrade them to our subscription model.
- Subscription Retention: Call customers whose subscriptions have lapsed to get them back on track with their wellness journey.
- Direct Sales: No cold calling strangers; you’ll be calling people who already know, like, and trust our brand. Performance-Based Compensation (Weekly Tiers) We want a partner, not just an employee. Your pay reflects your ability to scale our revenue:
- Base Salary: $350 USD/month.
- The "Accelerator" (Weekly Sales Targets):
- Level 1 ($0
- $2,499): 5% Commission.
- Level 2 ($2,500
- $4,999): 8% Commission
- Level 3 ($5,000+): 10% Commission
- Potential: With our high daily lead flow and deep customer database, a top performer should easily aim for Level 2 or 3 weekly. Performance KPIs
- Touchpoints: Minimum of 70
- 100 contacts per day (Calls/WhatsApp/Follow-ups).
- Goal: Maximize Lifetime Value (LTV) by pushing bundles and subscriptions. Requirements

- Experience: Proven track record in high-volume sales or "Win-back" campaigns.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable moving fast between Shopify, OpenPhone, and Sheets.
