Coordinate and execute procurement, ensuring efficient, ethical and timely acquisition of goods, materials, equipment and services required for operations in Jujuy city and La Puna. Strengthen supplier relationships, optimize costs and support the operational continuity of mining activities. Responsibilities Procurement Process Management Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle: needs identification, sourcing, quoting, bid analysis, selection and purchasing. Ensure compliance with corporate policies, standards and applicable regulations. Monitor quality, delivery timelines and contractual obligations. Identify, evaluate and manage suppliers, especially within the Northwestern Argentina mining market. Maintain ethical, transparent and long-term supplier relationships. Conduct vendor performance assessments and propose improvements. Negotiation & Contracting Negotiate prices, terms and delivery conditions to secure cost-effective and high-quality purchases. Prepare technical‑commercial comparisons and submit recommendations to Management. Support contract drafting and purchasing agreements. Planning & Operational Coordination Plan procurement needs according to project timelines and operational schedules. Collaborate with logistics, warehousing and operations teams. Conduct market research related to mining goods and services in Jujuy. Identify cost‑saving opportunities and process improvements. Support budgeting with cost analyses and estimates. Regulatory Compliance & Imports Support national and international purchasing processes. Internal Customer Service Work with internal users to identify appropriate market solutions. Ensure understanding and compliance with procurement procedures. Qualifications Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Foreign Trade or related fields. Minimum 2 years of relevant procurement or supply chain experience. Mining industry experience preferred. Required Skills Knowledge of mining goods and services market in Jujuy. Understanding of import regulations. Preferred Skills Negotiation and commercial skills. Analytical thinking and results orientation. High ethical standards and transparency. Supplier management and communication. Collaboration and teamwork.
