VelvetCaviar.com is looking for a Digital Merchandising Coordinator to help manage and elevate how our products appear across major retail and ecommerce partners, including Target, Walmart, Best Buy, and more. In this role, you’ll own the accuracy, presentation, and execution of our product listings across retailer websites, ensuring every product page is visually compelling, up to date, and aligned with our brand standards. From coordinating new product launches to managing digital assets and optimizing PDP content, you’ll play a critical role in how millions of customers discover and shop Velvet Caviar online. - Manage product listings across our partnered retailers' websites including Target, Walmart, Best Buy, and more wholesale accounts. Shopify work will also occur from time to time.
- Maintain accurate product data including Imagery, SKUs, UPCs, pricing, descriptions, dimensions, and compatibility details
- Execute new product launches, assortment updates, and seasonal resets across retail channels
- Manage retailer portals and product setup workflows
- Ensure PDPs are accurate, optimized, and aligned with brand standards
- Monitor listings for missing content, incorrect data, suppressed SKUs, and duplicate products
- Coordinate with Sales, Ecommerce, Creative, and Operations teams on launches and retailer updates
- Organize and maintain digital assets library, line sheets, and assortment trackers
- Support retailer-specific imagery, videos, and merchandising content updates
- Track digital shelf performance, assortment gaps, and merchandising opportunities
- Maintain consistent product storytelling and merchandising across all retailer platforms
- Assist in preparing and maintaining digital line sheets and wholesale catalogs
- Track product performance and assist in reporting on sales, sell-through, and inventory levels Requirements:
- 2–5+ years of experience in ecommerce merchandising, digital merchandising, retail operations, or product catalog management
- Experience managing product listings across major retail or marketplace platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Target, Walmart, Best Buy, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of product data management including SKUs, UPCs, pricing, imagery, product attributes, and merchandising standards
- Experience working within retailer portals, product setup systems, or content syndication platforms preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify listing errors, missing content, and assortment inconsistencies
- Ability to manage multiple product launches, updates, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with experience maintaining digital asset libraries and assortment trackers
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and ecommerce merchandising tools
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience working with ecommerce, retail, fashion, beauty, accessories, or consumer product brands preferred
- Familiarity with digital shelf optimization, PDP best practices, and online merchandising principles preferred
