Business Development Manager – Argentina & LATAMPromote and sell Fintech as a Service platform to customers across America, focusing on companies that want to build Fintech solutions on our API‑driven platform. Responsibilities
- Inbound and outbound sales targeting international companies entering or optimizing payment stacks in LATAM.
- Report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer; may report to the CEO on specific accounts.
- Manage and run the entity in Argentina and LATAM, liaise between local regulators and corporate functions.
- Cold calling, presentation, negotiation, and deal closing.
- Generate leads and opportunities, develop quarterly OKRs, attend events, identify new markets and customers.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience in a similar B2B position with a strong background in the payment industry.
- Successful B2B sales track record and fintech enthusiasm.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and autonomous team‑player skills.
- Commitment to serving high‑profile demanding customers and ability to achieve revenue targets in a challenging environment.
- Availability to travel; proficiency in English and Spanish.
Onboarding & Expectations
- Week1 – Complete onboarding, gain access, integrate into Inswitch family, engage with mission and culture.
- Month1 – Understand roadmap, quarterly goals, meet manager; participate in team calls.
- Months2–3 – Build leads, define positioning, develop quarterly OKRs.
- Months4–6 – Lead initiatives, attend events, pitch prospects, maintain client relations.
- Year1 – Close at least10 contracts, reach $50million TPV by month18, position brand, comply with regulations, represent at events, advocate the company.
