Responsibilities
- Managing large-scale, high-complexity projects across different regions and business units
- Leading distributed teams and coordinating with stakeholders at all levels
- Overseeing vendor and partner relationships
- Managing risk, change, and incident processes
- Running post-mortems and driving continuous improvement
- Establishing and maintaining project management best practices
- Providing coaching and guidance to junior PMs
- Ensuring smooth communication with senior leadership and cross-functional teams

Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking
- Strong communication skills, including technical writing
- System- and process-oriented mindset
- Ability to influence business stakeholders and drive decisions
- Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring junior PMs
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- English — very good (spoken & written)
- PMP or PgMP certification
- Experience working in international, distributed teams
- Experience managing programs with multi-million dollar budgets
