Job Summary The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing and managing all activities in digital marketing, working with key partners. This includes planning and executing all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. This role is part of the sales and marketing organization. We are a multi-country region across Latin America, covering both the North and South Cone. Our key markets include Argentina, Chile, Peru, Colombia, Costa Rica, and Guatemala.

Job Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build, and maintain our social media presence across relevant platforms.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical capability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.

Requirements
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, preferably within the consumer electronics or retail industry.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
