This is a hands‑on, entry‑to‑mid‑level role focused on discovery, outreach, creator coordination, and operational support. You’ll work closely with Senior and Mid-Level Influencer Managers, helping keep campaigns moving while learning how influencer strategy, content decisions, and optimization are made. What you’ll do
- Run influencer discovery and help build creator shortlists
- Reach out to creators using approved messaging and track responses
- Support campaign delivery from brief to launch
- Collect and organize creator content and assets
- Perform initial quality and format checks before escalation
- Maintain clean and accurate Airtable records
- Help track timelines, deliverables, and campaign progress
- Prepare performance inputs and flag risks or issues early
- Support negotiations with benchmarks and creator comparisons
- Assist with day‑to‑day client updates under guidance

What we’re looking for
- 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Comfortable working with tools like Airtable, Notion, or similar systems
- Clear written communication skills
- Interest in creator marketing and content performance
- Ability to take feedback and improve quickly
