Talent Supply Chain Administration Specialist (Garin)

Ciklum is looking for a Talent Supply Chain Administration Specialist to join our team in Argentina.

About the role As a Talent Supply Chain Administration Specialist, you'll become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experience of tomorrow.

Responsibilities
- Adding and maintaining candidate data in the database
- Managing GDPR consent and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
- Handling tasks related to the Internal Referral Program
- Collaborating with recruitment agencies and managing their referrals
- Working with Internal system in terms of vacancy opening process and related tasks
- Publishing job advertisements on the Ciklum career site and external job boards
- Overseeing the management of job advertisements, including ensuring accuracy, verifying posting validity, and monitoring expiration dates across all job boards
- Job slots utilization

Requirements
- You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position
- You have good knowledge of written and spoken English
- You are self-driven and proactive person
- You are passionate about working with people and analytics
- PC advanced user (MS Office, GoogleDocs)
