This role requires a proactive and customer-centric professional capable of working independently to deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs. The ideal candidate is comfortable adopting an AI-first approach to development and utilizing advanced tools to enhance productivity and solution quality. Key Responsibilities Salesforce Application Development: Develop applications on the Salesforce platform, including PDO app development for AppExchange and custom solutions for customer organizations. AI-Driven Development: Apply AI tools to improve development efficiency and solution effectiveness in the coding process. Code Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality code through unit testing, code coverage best practices, and collaboration with QA Engineers to address bugs efficiently. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners and customer stakeholders to clarify user stories, align with business objectives, and deliver optimal solutions. Proactive Client Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their challenges and contribute to effective, tailored solutions. Customer-Centric Approach: Be adaptable with customer time zones and open to occasional travel for client collaboration. Technical Guidance: Provide best practices and technical insights to help customers make informed implementation decisions.
