Business Development Representative (Florencio Varela)

Who we are ENG (engbim.com) is a BIM company that specializes in hands‑on, field‑focused BIM services. Founded in 2007, we have positioned ourselves as the largest and most experienced BIM production service provider in the United States, having completed 5,000 BIM projects with a dedicated team of over 500 staff members. We provide MEP Modeling, VDC/BIM Management, Laser Scanning, and Scan to BIM services, as well as a comprehensive array of BIM production services to architects, engineers, and owners.

The Role The Business Development Representative (BDR) at ENG is tasked with driving initial engagement with prospective clients, creating qualified leads, and supporting the sales pipeline. The primary goal is to help expand ENG’s footprint by reaching out to targeted companies and securing meetings for the sales team. By developing relationships with key contacts, the BDR plays a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities and nurturing them for future growth.

Mandatory Requirements
- Advanced / near native English
- Experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, particularly SalesForce
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptability and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced environment
