You thrive at the intersection of product strategy and delivery, equally comfortable gathering requirements in the field, partnering with engineering teams, and leading change management across an organization. You take full ownership of your initiatives, build trust quickly with cross-functional stakeholders, and know how to move things forward with minimal oversight. You bring structure without rigidity, and you're energized by turning ambiguity into measurable outcomes.What You'll DoDefine what gets built and why, translating field needs into clear problem statements, requirements, MVPs, and roadmap-ready backlog items.Own multi-year roadmaps across internally developed tools, enterprise platforms, and third-party solutions.Map phases, milestones, and workflows to system capabilities and user experience expectations.Apply structured problem solving and data analysis to translate strategy into executable solutions.Proactively gather requirements from users and translate pain points into prioritized feature requests.Communicate intended outcomes and flag shifts early to enable rapid reprioritization.Lead user rollout, training, and adoption for key tools and programs.Design enablement plans, SOPs, training materials, and support models such as office hours and feedback loops.Deliver in-person and virtual change management activities.Manage vendor relationships, evaluate build vs. buy decisions, and support commercial and integration decisions.Align work to critical path milestones and support teammates across functions to keep projects moving.What You Bring5+ years of experience in product management within enterprise environments.Proven ability to define and prioritize product requirements, manage backlogs, and deliver measurable outcomes.Experience in a hybrid product and program management role, working closely with engineering teams to define scope, manage tradeoffs, and sequence delivery.Experience leading change management, user training, and adoption programs.Familiarity with structured SDLC processes and enterprise tooling ecosystems.Strong communication and active listening skills in English (B2+).
