This role focuses on building reliable, scalable backend services that power operational workflows and user-facing systems. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to design and deliver well-scoped, high-impact features. The idóneo candidate combines strong backend fundamentals, production experience in cloud environments, and a thoughtful approach to engineering quality and collaboration. Key Responsibilities
- Own the design and implementation of medium-sized features or services, with guidance from staff engineers or technical leads when needed.
- Debug and improve production systems to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Evaluate tradeoffs, propose technical solutions, and deliver well-scoped improvements.
- Collaborate with product and business partners to deeply understand problem statements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct thoughtful code reviews and help maintain a high engineering standard across the team.
- Write documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Contribute to testing practices, ensuring robust unit and integration test coverage in CI pipelines.
